 Our cattle roam freely across lush, diverse native grasses in our South Carolina pastures, grazing as they please. With constant access to clean, cool, and fresh water, our animals thrive in a natural and stress-free environment.

We practice holistic, regenerative farming and rotational grazing, ensuring our cattle enjoy a fresh “salad bar” of grass while promoting the health of our pastures. This method not only keeps our animals happy but also naturally boosts their health. Combined with plenty of sunlight and fresh air, this approach creates nutrient-dense, flavorful beef for your family to enjoy.

From start to finish, we pour tremendous care, time, and effort into raising our cattle ethically, humanely, and holistically. Their comfort is our priority—right down to their final moments.


How We Process Our Beef

Our beef is:

  • Humanely slaughtered at a USDA-inspected facility.
  • Vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen for peak freshness and quality.

Looking to stock your freezer with premium beef? We offer several options:

  • Available by the cut, just like you’re used to at the grocery store.
  • Variety Boxes: Customize your box with beef or a mix of chicken, pork, and beef to suit your preferences.
  • Beef Shares: Choose from whole, half, or quarter cows. When you order a whole or half cow, you can customize your cuts, and we’re happy to guide you through the process!

From Egg to Table: How Our Poultry Journey Began

It all started with the classic gateway species to farming: the chicken. We began with a small flock for eggs and quickly expanded, first butchering roosters and older hens, and then diving headfirst into raising 50 meat birds just months after moving here. That pivotal experience made things very real for us.

Thanksgiving soon inspired us to raise and butcher our own turkeys, and we decided to sell a few extras. To our surprise, they sold out within minutes! Now, raising turkeys is an annual tradition, though they still sell out fast. We’ve also added a small flock of dual-purpose ducks and are hatching their eggs to grow our offerings. Soon, we hope to include duck meat as part of our selection!


How We Raise Our Poultry & Eggs

Our poultry and eggs are pasture-raised with care, moved daily—and often multiple times a day—to fresh grass. This provides the birds with clean living spaces and a natural “salad bar” of forage. Paired with constant access to fresh, clean water and plenty of sunshine, this approach ensures our birds are healthy, happy, and nutrient-rich.

We focus on small batches of chickens each year, expanding responsibly to maintain our commitment to ethical, humane, and sustainable practices. This allows us to meet the highest standards for the ultra-premium products you enjoy at your table.


On-Farm Processing for Quality You Can Trust

We process all poultry on-site under South Carolina’s 1,000-bird poultry exemption. This means:

  • We are registered meat and poultry handlers.
  • We adhere to strict handling procedures regulated by the SC Meat and Poultry Inspection Department.
  • We undergo annual inspections to ensure compliance with state standards.

After processing, our poultry rests in a temperature-controlled ice bath for 24 hours. It is then packaged whole or butchered into cuts, packaged, labeled, weighed, and frozen. Prefer fresh poultry? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll arrange for same-day pickup after butchering.


Seasonal Eggs

Our pasture-raised eggs are available seasonally, as we do not use artificial lighting to force laying during the winter months. When you buy our eggs, you’re enjoying them as nature intended.

Our heritage pork is raised with care in a spacious, one-acre paddock located in a dense grove of hardwoods at the edge of our pastures. Here, our pigs enjoy the freedom to forage, root around for their favorite snacks, and cool off in a muddy wallow during the heat of the day. They also have 24/7 access to fresh, clean water, ensuring their comfort and health.


Hand-Selected Breeds for Ultra-Premium Meat

We’ve carefully chosen a blend of heritage breeds—Mangalitsa, Berkshire, and Duroc—to create exceptional pork that’s unmatched in flavor, texture, and quality:

  • Mangalitsa: Known as the "Wagyu of pork," Mangalitsa meat is rich, beefy-red, and marbled with creamy, snow-white fat. This fat is loaded with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, as well as natural antioxidants, making it a healthy and delicious choice. Its sweet, nutty flavor and melt-in-your-mouth quality make it a true delicacy.
  • Berkshire & Duroc: These breeds contribute to the pork’s beefy-red color, excellent marbling, and outstanding flavor while adding weight and reducing the time needed to reach butcher size.

By crossing these breeds, we’ve achieved a perfect balance of flavor, quality, and affordability—offering you a premium product without compromise.
